Also, feel free to click here
for a list of questions related to the new facilities,
the integration with CTK, the YAC and the search for a
new Worship Director. Feel free to ask questions that
are not on the list so that we can expand this effort.
We will very much miss the Howards and also are blessed
and pleased that Michael Pollard will be our Interim Director.
Finally, feel free to call Pastor Matt or any Leadership

Easter Season Activities
Easter is a whole season. Easter Season lasts for 6 weeks
until Pentecost, then Trinity Sunday. Sooo, we are going
to stay focused on and highly-celebrative of the Resurrection
the whole season (I know, every day too, but specifically
at church) in the following ways:
(1)Easter Monday Service
“If Lent is the time to give things up, then Easter ought
to be the time to take things up.” N.T. Wright, Surprised
By Hope
Dear HTAC Community, The Monday after Easter is the first
day of the New Creation. Death has been defeated. Hope
springs forth. What is our response? Gather for a time
of reflection and prayer at sunrise!
We’ll watch the sun rise in silence and reflection, beginning
at 6:20 a.m., then come together to share our thoughts
and our prayers on this first day of the New Creation.
You can be on the road to work or otherwise start your
day by 7:00. When: Monday April 13th Time: Beginning at
6:20am Where: Park just west of Da Vinci Academy east
of the lake.
(2)Resurrection Life Apprenticing
For the Easter Season Teaching and Community Time (TCT)
we will have various teachers working from Eugene Peterson's
book "Living the Resurrection." Even if you usually head
out before TCT, please plan to stay for these 6 weeks
and let's very intentionally live into the Resurrection
... and together at that!
(3)Resurrection Celebrating
That means Food! Of course we have our Easter Feast,
but the next Sunday look for pancakes from Jim Maury,
and the next Sunday who knows? Who is up to organize a
potluck one sunday during these 6 weeks? A BBQ in the
park another sunday? Let Terri Dawn know if you are able.
It'll be good!
(4)Prayer Maps for Resurrection Life
We will be praying for specific neighborhoods and sections
of neighborhoods in northern Colorado Springs, that they
might know, and we might bring(!), Resurection Life.
(5)Resurrection Testimonies
In a Sunday morning testimony, we'd love to hear how
Jesus has brought Resurection to your life, in ways large
or small. Or, if you are willing, tell us how you need
Him to bring Resurrection. We still need folks to offer
their testimony on 10, 24, and 31 May (Pentecost), and
7 June (Trinity Sunday). Let Terri Dawn know if you are
willing.
(6)Resurrection in Rwanda
Later in the season we will do a showing of the powerful
movie "As We Forgive." Be thinking of friends that you
can bring to this. If you do not know it, go here - http://www.asweforgivemovie.com/
So, there you go. Six ways to worship God and go ever
deeper with Him, fervently love one another, and take
Living Water to a dying world. I look forward to seeing
you and doing this season together. in Christ, matt
